Hiring Carrie and her team to do the day of coordinating for our wedding was the BEST decision we made during wedding planning! I knew immediately after talking to Carrie that her and her team were the perfect fit for us! We just hit it off! Everything was going great and we were set to be married on 3.28.20. Then 2 weeks before our wedding we were thrown a huge curveball that no one could have seen coming when the governor put the limit on social gatherings. It was unimaginable that we were going to have to postpone our wedding that we had been planning and looking forward to for the past year. I didn’t know where to begin with postponing, etc. Carrie said not to worry about anything and that she would take care of contacting our vendors and getting new possible dates from our venue and everything else in between. "Carrie and her team were by far the best vendor we worked with during our wedding. She was super helpful in planning for the wedding and a star during our wedding. We had an Indian wedding with over 550 people and 5 different events, spaced across 3 days. For those that have ever been to an Indian wedding know things never go on time, but not at our wedding, thanks to Carrie! Not only were the major events planned out and executed in a timely manner but things such as getting breakfast ready by X time and getting decorations from vendor A into location B by Y time, was all perfectly executed. We had to move our wedding inside due to rain and everyone knows how stressful it is to go to make such large changes on the day before your big day. Also, accommodating for the amount of guests we had added extra stress. However, we were super thankful to have Carrie and her team with us! They took the stress away not just from me and my wife but from our families. Carrie has really good relationships with the vendors in the VB area. This made it so all of our vendors worked really well together. We had some issues with our venue and Carrie was on our side fighting for what needed to happen, especially for all the last minute changes. My family and I would HIGHLY recommend The Happy Hour Hostess. It's super important to have someone handle all the coordination on your special day, so that you and your family can enjoy!

To top things off, we did a farm wedding where every little detail was 100% custom and at a venue that doesn't supply anything except the land. That being said, if you plan on having an amazing, fun and stress-free wedding, then PLEASE hire these ladies. You will not be disappointed!!!  When we hired Happy Hour Hostess, I asked for one "simple" thing; to make sure my bride did not have to worry about anything! The job that Carrie, Krystina and their team did was beyond extraordinary! They met with us multiple times before our wedding to help navigate us through the end of the planning process, gave us great referrals for the vendors we were indecisive about and were ever present when we needed them. Our wedding day was PERFECT!!! "Where do I begin... from day one meeting Carrie at a wedding show in the convention center she put my mind at ease about helping to plan the perfect wedding for my daughter in medical school. Where is the option for more stars and how do I even begin to describe Carrie? She is nothing short of AMAZING. We went to visit our venue one day as a wedding happened to be going on. I have to say, I was a little more observant as the bride to be and was closely watching how the whole wedding operation was running. That is when I noticed, this incredible firecracker of a woman just running the show. She was making sure people were in place, calming nerves, and just simply being AWESOME. As I wanted to do most of the decor myself, I just needed someone to keep me organized and make sure I wasn't forgetting those typical things. I turned to my husband and said, I need to have her and it was the BEST decision we have ever made during the whole planning process. From day one, Carrie was just phenomenal. I remember calling her and talking for an hour (I am sure not even if it was just about wedding jargon). I felt an honest and real connection with her and instantly knew we needed someone like that on our side. As Jason and I are military, we did a lot of the planning here without our families able to be around. She was just the person we needed to fill those shoes. With every wedding, you will run into a few hiccups but Carrie will make sure that it runs as seamlessly as possible. Not only did Carrie make sure everything ran smoothly, but she went ABOVE and BEYOND. From picking up our programs, to finding the perfect table numbers, and teaching me that it is okay to express concerns when I have them (and that is just a small snippet of the jobs she has done for us). She is always there when you need her for the simplest of questions. Not only that, Carrie was a HUGE hit at our wedding. Carrie provided schedules for our wedding party and family and left no question unanswered. Everyone was asking where did we find her and some of my BM's who are getting married asked, does she travel?! Everyone loves her! I told all my girlfriends that are getting married, the FIRST thing they need to do is hire a wedding coordinator (and if they can, make it CARRIE!)
We are so blessed to have worked with Carrie because she truly had made our wedding absolutely PERFECT. Not only at her skills as a wedding coordinator, but she is just simply a magnificent person. Beyond ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted out of the dozen or so vendors we hired, Carrie became a confidant and someone that we could bounce ideas off of and get the value of her experience expressed in all of the little details that we knew would sneak up on us as the wedding approached. She truly became the conduit through which our dream came alive. Beyond ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted out of the dozen or so vendors we hired, Carrie became a confidant and someone that we could bounce ideas off of and get the value of her experience expressed in all of the little details that we knew would sneak up on us as the wedding approached. She truly became the conduit through which our dream came alive. Both of us took a couple of days off work prior to the wedding with the expectation that we would be really busy and finalizing details and putting out fires…but I found myself with nothing to do (except spend time with all of our guests who traveled to celebrate with us). Carrie took the load off as the day approached so that we could spend the time we wanted to with the people we love. As for the actual day-of, Carrie was a rock star. Her calming presence was absolutely reassuring and she made us feel positive that everything was going to be perfect. She helped run our rehearsal and made sure every member of our rowdy bridal party knew where they needed to be. She was there early on wedding day to set up all of our wedding decorations and stayed late to clean everything up. We explained our vision to Carrie and how we wanted everything arranged and she executed it beautifully!
