Designed for the hands-on client who look forward to planning that special day themselves. This package allows you to enjoy a stress-free wedding day while we handle the day-of coordination responsibilities. In the six weeks leading up to your wedding we will have at least two meetings plus a venue walk-through for full comprehension of your vision and intentions. We will coordinate with vendors and run your rehearsal, as well as providing a customized and detailed timeline of events. On the special day you will be free to relax, assured of a professionally handled set-up, timeline execution, and break down of your event.

We will provide you with design development and execution, as well as coordination and event management. Using you own love story and unique personalities as our guide, we will help you sort through floral selection, tablescapes, vendor negotiations, etiquette tips, and more as we work together to craft your dream ceremony and reception. Budget tracking, RSVP management, and keeping you on schedule throughout the planning process are all included. This extraordinary level of service offers both event design and coordination, providing a stress-free wedding experience to maximize your level of enjoyment from the initial consultation until the last guest leaves the reception.

A 2-hour virtual consultation session with Carrie Lauck, to discuss your event goals and brainstorm ways to execute them to the fullest. A terrific starting point for those who want to plan it alone, but aren’t sure where to begin. Additional consultations are available and charged by the hour.

After you accept the proposal we will prepare and send a contract and an invoice for a 25% retainer. Both the signed contract and retainer need to be returned in order for your date to be booked.
Contracts may be signed easily online and we accept credit card payments that are able to be made directly through the invoice. Easy!
We will schedule a time when we can have a phone consultation (or get crazy and meet during happy hour!). We will chat about your wedding plans and tell you all about The Happy Hour Hostess and what we can do for you.
We will follow up with a written proposal for you to review.
During the week we will get back to you within 24 hours. If it is a weekend, we are likely off site at an event and will get back to you on Monday!
